Best’s Wines Pty Ltd is committed to a policy of continuous business development for the benefit of our customers, our suppliers and our staff. We see our web-site as an integral part of this process and the collection of information as an essential activity. Best’s Wines is bound by and conforms to the National Privacy Principles, as laid out in the Privacy Amendment (private sector) Act 2000.
Collection of personal information
Information collected by our internet service provider relates to the date and time of any visit to our web-site, the number of pages visited, any downloads and the geographical location of the computer logging on. The server address and the top level domain name through which access to the internet was made are also noted.
All other data collected is from information supplied directly by you the individual, either via submission of an e-mail, telephone or written request for inclusion on our newsletter list or by placing an order for wines.

- No information collected is sold or shared with a third party.
- Credit card details provided are used only to process mail orders.
- Addresses provided are used as above or to facilitate the delivery of Best’s Wines Grapevine, our hard-copy newsletter.
- Individuals who have requested electronic copies of our newsletter together with monthly updates and details of special offers and events can opt out at any time by advising Best’s Wines to removes their e-mail address from our data base.
Keeping, maintaining and updating our data base
- Best’s Wines will endeavour to ensure all information held is accurate and up to date.
- Any individual who has reason to believe that Best’s Wines may hold information that is incorrect, incomplete or out dated should contact the company in order that our records may be amended.
- Upon reasonable request by an individual and after supplying reasonable proof of identity, Best’s wines will share all information and data that it holds about that same individual.
